Calculate the production requirement
Line speed alone is not enough. Provide the product pitch, number of parallel lanes, process time and planned operating schedule so the heating length can be reviewed.

- Product pitch and orientation
- Required heating and cooling time
- Expected operating hours and changeovers
Describe the temperature profile
Identify the required product temperature, allowable heating rate, hold period and cooling conditions. Material sensitivity and any released vapors must also be stated.
Map the line interfaces
Share the factory layout and the height, direction, speed and signal requirements of connected equipment. Continuous systems are most effective when these interfaces are defined early.
