The ZKUV-1323M combines a UV curing conveyor with a print-unloading mechanism that transfers printed workpieces from the printing platform to the conveyor inlet.
The documented unloading mechanism uses an XZ-axis assembly and adjustable suction-cup positions. The conveyor belt is 1100 mm wide, and the system uses PLC touchscreen control with an electronic power-supply system.
The UV chamber hood and base plate are specified in SUS304 stainless steel. A condenser is included in the documented configuration, with chilled water supplied by the customer. Provide the printing-platform layout, workpiece size and available utilities to confirm the transfer and curing arrangement.
