The ZKUV-10090 treats silicone products such as watch straps with UV light. The documented long-line configuration has a 9600 mm UV section and a 550 mm irradiation width.
The conveyor speed is adjustable from 0.2 to 1 m/min. The design includes automatic lamp lifting and belt tracking, mirror-finish stainless-steel reflectors and forced-air extraction. The specification also describes unpowered support rollers for conveying round materials.
