The ZKL-55-R2R laminates dry film onto ITO film in touch-panel production, then rewinds the processed web.
The process includes unwinding, dust-removal rollers, heated-pressure lamination and rewinding. Maximum material width is 550 mm, with thickness from 0.05 to 0.5 mm and laminating speed from 0 to 3 m/min.
The configuration includes a vacuum splice platform, web guidance and two collection shafts. The heated rollers use PID temperature control, and the operator interface includes fault information and I/O monitoring. Provide the ITO film, dry film and desired process conditions for configuration review.
