The ZKUV-402 is a mercury-lamp conveyor for UV curing after adhesive dispensing on electronic, plastic and PVC products.
Two 4 kW UV mercury lamps work above a 500 mm conveyor. The documented layout has a 600 mm loading section, an 800 mm UV section and a 600 mm unloading section. Conveyor speed is adjustable up to 10 m/min.
The control panel includes lamp current indication, a lamp operating-time meter and high/low light selection. Submit the adhesive, workpiece size and required process conditions when requesting a configuration.
