The ZKFM-200 cuts the protective film between laminated cover-glass pieces to separate them into individual pieces.
The documented cut-size range is 200–1000 mm in length and 50–200 mm in width, for material 0.1–1 mm thick. A DC-motor-driven blade moves laterally across the protective film.
Rubber-covered rollers convey the product, and a receiving tray collects the separated pieces. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup. Provide the cover-glass dimensions and film construction to confirm the suitable arrangement.
