The ZK-R2R-1300 feeds roll material through an etching line and rewinds the processed web. The documented arrangement uses one unwind shaft and one rewind shaft.
Maximum material width is 1300 mm, with thickness from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. Material rolls have a maximum outside diameter of 650 mm and a 6-inch core. A separate take-up shaft removes and collects the incoming protective film.
The system includes tension control and web guidance. PLC controls provide a 485 interface for connection to the etching equipment. Line speed and control signals must match the connected process. Provide the web construction and etching-line interfaces for configuration review.
