Roll-to-Roll ITO Film Annealing Line
The ZKLCO-9-25-R2R is a roll-to-roll annealing line for ITO film used in touch-panel production. Film passes from unwinding through infrared and hot-air heating, then cooling and rewinding. The archived configuration specifies 800 mm film width, a 900 mm conveyor and a 25 m heating section.

Product Introduction
The ZKLCO-9-25-R2R is a roll-to-roll annealing line for ITO film used in touch-panel production. Film passes from unwinding through infrared and hot-air heating, then cooling and rewinding. The archived configuration specifies 800 mm film width, a 900 mm conveyor and a 25 m heating section.
The unwinder removes the front protective film before heating. Following cooling, the rewinder reapplies protective film and uses EPC edge-position control to guide the roll. Dual-shaft roll handling, pneumatic expanding shafts and buffer sections support material transfer between the stations and oven.
Twenty-five heating zones allow the infrared and hot-air outputs to be controlled separately. The system uses filtered recirculating airflow, an adjustable conveyor speed of 0.5–3 m/min and a typical material surface temperature of 160 °C. Actual working speed and the temperature profile depend on the film.
