The ZKED-4012 provides LED area curing after cover glass or touch panels are fully laminated to AMOLED displays.
The documented light source operates at 365 nm, with an adjustable exposure-time setting of 0–300 seconds. The conveyor speed can be adjusted, and an inlet sensor places the equipment into standby after an extended period without incoming products.
Touchscreen controls support recipe editing, process status, alarms and process logs. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic operating modes are described. Provide the laminated assembly, adhesive and curing requirements to confirm the exposure recipe and handling arrangement.
