The ZKFTM-8060 is a vacuum-platform film laminating machine for touch-panel production, with film application and cutting modes selected to suit the film material.
The documented platform is 800 × 600 mm and accommodates a maximum laminating area of 750 × 550 mm. Vacuum holes hold the positioned product while a servo module moves the platform into and out of the laminating area.
A stepper-driven rotary blade traverses the film for cutting. The configuration includes release-film take-up, PLC operator-interface control and a static-elimination bar at the peeling position. Provide the substrate size and film construction to confirm the process.
