The ZKL-16 unwinds ITO film and cuts it into sheets for touch-panel production.
The documented maximum cutting width is 1600 mm, with cut lengths from 200 to 1500 mm and speed from 1 to 8 m/min. A module-driven rotary blade traverses the material above a vacuum holding plate.
Two edge-trimming cutters adjust to the required width. An outlet conveyor transfers the cut sheets to downstream equipment or manual collection. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup; provide the web material and sheet dimensions to confirm the configuration.
