Product Introduction
The ZKUV-O3UV is a UV ozone surface cleaning conveyor for LCD and touch-panel production. The documented configuration uses ten 90 W low-pressure mercury lamps with 185/254 nm wavelengths and a 500 mm effective irradiation width.
A PTFE mesh conveyor transports the workpieces through the 1200 mm UV section. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 0 to 5 m/min. The enclosure uses SUS304 stainless steel, with mirror-finish reflectors and downward forced-air extraction.
Provide the substrate, surface condition, subsequent coating or bonding process and required line speed for configuration review. Confirm material compatibility, exposure conditions and extraction requirements for the installation; cleaning results depend on the workpiece and process.
