The ZKFM-R1500 applies film to large sheet products in touch-panel production, with upper and lower rollers for double-sided application.
The maximum documented laminating width is 1500 mm, with product thickness from 0.1 to 5 mm and laminating speed from 0 to 5 m/min. The 1800 mm conveyor surface includes a 300 mm FPC-clearance area; it is not the laminating width.
Servo-driven alignment mechanisms position the sheets. Pneumatic lifting of the upper laminating roller assists film threading, and an optical sensor detects the trailing edge for film cutting. Provide the sheet size, film and FPC geometry for configuration review.
