Manual Dry-Film Laminator
The ZKL-M25R laminates dry film for yellow-light processes and can also be used for OCA bonding and protective-film application on finished or semi-finished panels. Operators feed individual panels through heated pressure rollers; transport speed is adjustable to suit the film and panel.

Product Introduction
The ZKL-M25R laminates dry film for yellow-light processes and can also be used for OCA bonding and protective-film application on finished or semi-finished panels. Operators feed individual panels through heated pressure rollers; transport speed is adjustable to suit the film and panel.
The upper pressure roller runs on guides at both ends. Cartridge heaters heat the rollers, while a motor and geared drive transport the panel. Select the film width, panel thickness and process temperature for the material being laminated.
For a quotation, provide the panel dimensions and thickness, film type and width, required bonding temperature and daily production volume.
