The ZKUV-482 cures UV-reactive materials after surface printing or adhesive dispensing on LCD, touch-panel and similar workpieces.
The documented configuration uses two 4.8 kW UV lamps with a 400 mm emitting length and a 400 mm conveyor width. Conveyor speed is adjustable up to 12 m/min, with high/low lamp output selection.
The inlet has two automatic lifting light shields. The control panel includes lamp-current indication, operating-hour tracking and overtemperature indication. Provide the ink or adhesive, workpiece dimensions and exposure requirements to confirm the curing process.
