The ZKFM-300S2 applies protective film and cuts it into individual pieces for touch-panel production, with handling provisions for products carrying FPC tails.
The documented configuration uses a stepper-driven film cutter, manually lifted upper rollers and antistatic support plates around the FPC path. Upper and lower film positions each have an ionizing bar.
At the outlet, a sensor detects the product and a suction handling mechanism transfers it to an adjacent conveyor. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup. Provide panel dimensions and FPC geometry to confirm clearances and transfer requirements.
