Product Introduction
The ZKLCO-55-2 bakes printed ink on glass cover plates. Trays enter from the printing process, travel through infrared and hot-air heating, then pass through cooling before manual collection.
The furnace has two conveyor belts with a central divider. Infrared and hot-air output can be controlled separately. Filtered air flows down towards the products and returns at the ends of the heating section.
The heating cover opens with an electric cylinder for maintenance. A conveyor cleaning roller and an inlet dust cover support routine cleaning. Provide the tray dimensions, ink type and required cure profile for process review.
