Equipment Overview
The ZKUV-1204 is designed for UV drying after PCB printing. The documented configuration combines four metal-halide lamps with a stainless-steel conveyor mesh. Lamp operation, accumulated running time and conveyor speed are available at the control panel.
PCB UV curing sequence
- 1. Feed the printed PCB onto the conveyor
- 2. Pass through the UV lamp section
- 3. Adjust conveyor speed to the process
- 4. Collect the workpiece at the discharge end
Process and equipment configuration
The documented working width is 1000 mm with 50 mm workpiece clearance. The stainless-steel conveyor mesh has an adjustable speed up to 12 m/min.
The reviewed equipment uses four 12 kW metal-halide lamps. Curing conditions must be matched to the coating or ink; maximum conveyor speed alone does not establish curing throughput.
Conveyor opening and enclosure
The angled photograph shows the conveyor opening, the enclosed processing section and the ventilation assembly above it.
Control-side view
This photograph shows the conveyor extending from the enclosure and the operator control panel on the lower cabinet.
Project Requirements
Provide the material, workpiece dimensions, required output and installation conditions. Confirm any changes to the documented configuration before quotation; the listed features are not a blanket promise that every option is available.
Frequently Asked Questions
What process is this model intended for?
Conveyor UV curing equipment for printed PCBs, with a 1000 mm working width and four metal-halide lamps.
Does the maximum speed guarantee curing for every ink?
No. The documented maximum conveyor speed is 12 m/min. The required setting depends on the ink or coating, workpiece and curing requirement.
What should I provide with an inquiry?
Send the material or workpiece drawing, dimensions, required process result, production target and available utilities. Include any temperature, cleanliness, film or coating requirements that apply to your process.
