The ZKCO-12-4 is a three-level tunnel furnace for baking laminated glass. A lifting platform transfers products onto three independently driven conveyor levels.
The documented effective conveyor width is 1200 mm, with transport speed adjustable from 0.2 to 5 m/min. Each level has a 7.5-metre heating section, giving a combined heating path of 22.5 metres across all three levels.
Hot-air circulation, PID temperature controllers and SSR output support heating. The maximum furnace temperature setting is 150 °C. Provide the laminated-glass construction, required heating profile and loading arrangement to confirm the configuration.
