This ZKR2R-600 configuration removes dust from PET/ITO film, applies protective film to one side and cuts the roll material into sheets for automatic collection.
Double-sided dust-removal rollers clean the substrate before single-sided lamination. The maximum material width is 600 mm and material thickness is 0.1–0.5 mm. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 5 m/min, with cut lengths from 100 to 1200 mm.
Servo-driven feed positions the material for a guillotine cut. A vacuum handling unit stacks the finished sheets, while PLC touchscreen controls support operation. Provide the substrate, protective-film construction and sheet dimensions to confirm the configuration.
