The ZKFM-650 applies protective film to ITO film after printed silver circuits have passed through an IR curing furnace, then cuts the material into individual sheets.
The documented cutting width is 200–600 mm for material 0.1–1 mm thick. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 3 m/min. The film supply uses an air-expanding shaft and magnetic-powder braking.
A traversing blade cuts the protective film above a vacuum holding platform. The configuration also includes material alignment, pneumatically lifted upper rollers and air jets ahead of the laminating rollers. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup.
