Double-Sided Sheet Cleaning Machine
The ZKCC-650 cleans dust and static from ITO film and glass sheets used in touch-panel production. Sheets travel through cleaning rollers on an antistatic PU belt, with cleaning applied to both sides.

Product Introduction
The ZKCC-650 cleans dust and static from ITO film and glass sheets used in touch-panel production. Sheets travel through cleaning rollers on an antistatic PU belt, with cleaning applied to both sides.
Four cleaning rollers transfer dust to two washable collection rollers. Static-elimination bars are positioned at the inlet and outlet, and an anti-wrap mechanism supports sheet handling. Conveyor speed is adjustable for the material.
Provide the sheet material, dimensions, thickness and contamination level for selection. Cleaning performance should be assessed using the actual sheets and the required downstream process.
