The ZKFM-500CQS applies protective film to composite panels and cuts the laminated material into individual pieces.
The documented processing range is 250–500 mm in length and 200–500 mm in width, for material 0.1–1 mm thick. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 5 m/min. Automatic alignment centers the material before lamination.
An air-expanding shaft and magnetic-powder brake manage the film supply. The configuration includes pneumatically lifted upper rollers, a guillotine cutter, a receiving tray and a film-runout alarm. Provide the panel and film requirements to confirm the setup.
