Product Introduction
The ZKMOL-6WS is a twin-chamber oven with independent controls for thermal processing in touch-panel and LCD production. Each chamber measures W600 × D920 × H1100 mm and has eight shelf levels.
The documented configuration includes seven perforated stainless-steel trays per chamber. Tubular heaters and filtered horizontal airflow support the thermal process. The chamber and air ducts use SUS304 stainless steel, and the digital PID controllers use SCR output.
The temperature setting range is ambient temperature plus 25 °C up to 250 °C. Provide the material, tray arrangement and separate process requirements for each chamber. Confirm any nitrogen-supply arrangement and exhaust interfaces for the selected build.
