The ZKFMM-RTR-600 handles metal coils for fine metal mask (FMM) and metal-etching wet processes, integrating with pretreatment, developing, etching or thinning lines.
The documented material is INVAR36, with thickness 10–200 μm and width 150–600 mm. The configuration specifies a 1000 mm coil diameter and a 6-inch core. Loading and unloading use manual handling assisted by an electric hydraulic forklift.
Unwinding and rewinding positions have web-guiding devices and splice tables. Manual standalone and automatic linked operation are described. Conveyor height is matched to the wet-process line; provide the coil requirements and line interface for configuration review.
