The ZKFM-500 applies protective film to composite panels and cuts the laminated material into individual pieces.
The documented processing range is 250–500 mm in length and 200–500 mm in width, for material 0.4–1 mm thick. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 10 m/min. Output depends on the cutting length and workpiece conditions.
The configuration includes automatic alignment, an air-expanding film shaft with magnetic-powder braking, pneumatically lifted upper rollers and a guillotine cutter. Finished pieces pass into a receiving tray. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup; provide panel dimensions and film requirements for review.
