Product Introduction
The ZKMOL-3DS is a two-chamber oven for thermal processing of touch-panel and LCD components and camera lenses. Each chamber measures W650 × D550 × H600 mm. Tubular stainless-steel heaters provide heat through the circulating airflow.
The two chambers have separate controls. SUS304 stainless-steel chambers and air ducts work with filtered airflow from both sides. The specification includes six-point temperature-curve monitoring.
The documented temperature setting range is ambient temperature plus 25 °C up to 150 °C. Provide the material, tray arrangement, batch load and required temperature profile to review the configuration and monitoring requirements.
