Product Introduction
The ZKUE-3KA exposes photosensitive screen-printing screens using a UV lamp and vacuum contact. The documented exposure area is 1000 × 1200 mm, with one 3 kW exposure lamp.
The control panel allows vacuum time and exposure time to be set. Manual and automatic operation are available. A rubber blanket and vane vacuum pump hold the screen assembly in contact during the exposure process.
Provide the screen frame size, photosensitive emulsion and required image detail to select the exposure conditions. Exposure time should be established for the actual screen and emulsion.
