The ZK-R2R-500 unwinds and rewinds stainless-steel strip in coordination with a DES cleaning line used in metal etching.
The documented strip width is 100–500 mm, with thickness from 0.02 to 0.03 mm and a maximum roll diameter of 500 mm. Transport speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 3 m/min and must follow the connected cleaning line.
The configuration includes web guidance at unwinding and rewinding positions, a splice platform and an enclosed frame with fan-filter units. Manual and linked automatic modes are described. Provide the strip, core dimensions, coil weight and line interfaces to confirm the configuration.
