Roll-to-Roll ITO Film Annealing Line
The ZKLCO-8-20-R2R anneals ITO film used in touch-panel production. Film is unwound, heated with infrared and hot air, cooled and rewound. The documented configuration handles 650 mm film on an 800 mm conveyor, with a 20 m heating section.

Product Introduction
The ZKLCO-8-20-R2R anneals ITO film used in touch-panel production. Film is unwound, heated with infrared and hot air, cooled and rewound. The documented configuration handles 650 mm film on an 800 mm conveyor, with a 20 m heating section.
The unwinder removes the front protective film before heating. After cooling, the rewinder applies protective film and uses edge-position control to guide the roll. Both stations have dual shafts, pneumatic expanding shafts and buffer sections between the roll handling and oven.
Ten heating zones combine separately controlled infrared and hot-air output. Filtered recirculating air passes towards the film, and the heating covers open electrically for maintenance. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 3 m/min; the working speed depends on the film and annealing requirements.
For selection, provide the ITO/PET film and protective-layer thicknesses, roll dimensions, required heat-treatment profile, dimensional-stability target and available floor space. Specifications below describe the archived configuration; confirm the final settings and interfaces for the intended material.
