The ZKLED-1200-300 provides LED UV curing for touch-panel full-lamination and post-print processes across a 1200 mm curing width.
The documented configuration has two LED emitting areas, each measuring 1200 × 150 mm, at a peak wavelength of 365 ± 5 nm. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 to 5 m/min.
Each irradiation head can be controlled separately. A manual screw mechanism adjusts irradiation distance from 5 to 50 mm, with a digital position display. LED overtemperature and disconnection alarms are described. Provide the ink or adhesive, panel dimensions and required exposure to confirm the process settings.
