The ZKL-500-CCD cuts patterned FPC roll material into sheets. The documented material is polyimide film with copper, with thickness from 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
The machine handles a maximum web width of 500 mm and cut lengths from 500 to 2100 mm. Servo-driven feed and CCD vision registration position the material before a guillotine cut. An EPC web guide is fitted at the unwinder.
An automatic handling unit stacks the cut sheets, with a documented collection height of 150 mm. Process recipes can be saved for repeat jobs. Provide the FPC construction, registration marks and sheet dimensions to confirm the configuration.
