Product Introduction
The ZKED-3015H is an LED curing conveyor for touch-panel and other UV adhesive dispensing processes. One LED irradiation head is positioned above the conveyor, with a 70 mm effective irradiation width and a 405 ±5 nm wavelength.
The irradiation distance can be adjusted for the workpiece. Conveyor speed controls the time spent under the light source. A fixture-detection sensor at the discharge position can stop transport to help prevent fixtures from falling from the outlet.
For selection, provide the adhesive specification, workpiece and fixture dimensions, required UV dose and allowable surface temperature. The adhesive response and curing settings should be established with the actual material.
