The ZKFM-1100-2 applies high-adhesion, acid-resistant protective film to one surface of flat glass and cuts the film between pieces.
The documented glass-size range is 450 × 550 mm to 1100 × 1300 mm, with glass thickness from 0.4 to 4 mm. The film has a release liner, a 300 mm roll diameter and a 3-inch core. Servo-driven alignment positions the glass before lamination.
A traversing rotary blade cuts the film. The described line arrangement includes a 180-degree turning section to present the protected face downward before downstream washing. Provide the glass dimensions, film construction and washing-line layout to confirm the supplied sections.
