The ZKUV-1802 is a water-cooled UV system designed for integration with an offset printing press.
The documented configuration has two water-cooled lamp housings with pneumatic shutters, each containing one 13 kW lamp. Effective curing width is 1050 mm. Lamp output has high and low settings.
A chiller supplies cooling for the reflector plates; the customer provides an external cooling tower. PLC and touchscreen controls operate the system.
