Product Introduction
The ZKIR-9260-30HP connects to coating equipment to bake and cure coated glass. Aluminium carrier plates move through stacked preheating, main-curing and cooling sections.
The documented arrangement has eight preheating layers, thirty main-curing layers and eight cooling layers. Incoming rollers receive the carriers from upstream equipment. Internal handling supports the underside of each carrier; at the outlet, a manipulator transfers glass to the downstream washing line.
The PLC operator interface stores process recipes for different products. Provide the glass and carrier dimensions, coating cure profile and upstream/downstream layout to define the heating time and handling sequence.
