This ZKR2R-600 configuration feeds film rolls to a cleaning line and rewinds the cleaned material after protective-film and OCA application. OCA is an optically clear adhesive film.

Product Introduction
This ZKR2R-600 configuration feeds film rolls to a cleaning line and rewinds the cleaned material after protective-film and OCA application. OCA is an optically clear adhesive film.
The unwinder removes the incoming protective film before transferring the material to the downstream washer. After cleaning, the rewinder applies protective film to the front and OCA to the back. The documented maximum material width is 600 mm, with thickness from 0.1 to 1 mm.
A/B shafts support alternate roll loading and collection. The system includes a vacuum splice table, material buffers, tension control and touchscreen PLC controls. Roll loading and unloading are manual. Provide the washer interfaces and film construction to confirm the line arrangement.
