The ZKED-4570+IR combines heating for adhesive leveling with LED UV curing after dispensing in touch-panel and related processes.
Heating tubes are positioned above the conveyor, while four LED heads illuminate the product from below. The conveyor width is 600 mm; effective UV irradiation width is 450 mm. The documented wavelength is 365 ± 5 nm.
The conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 to 3 m/min. PLC touchscreen control includes material detection and timed UV switching for idle periods. Provide the adhesive, workpiece geometry and exposure requirements to confirm the process.
