The ZKUV-754MD is a double-sided UV curing conveyor for simultaneous treatment of the upper and lower surfaces of printed PCBs.
The documented configuration has four 7.5 kW lamps, a 700 mm effective width and a 50 mm inlet/outlet opening. Its layout combines a 500 mm loading section, an 1800 mm UV section and a 350 mm unloading section.
Upper and lower reflector assemblies provide the two-sided treatment arrangement. The conveyor uses shaft-driven transport with quartz glass at the lower-lamp positions. An operator interface and adjustable conveyor speed up to 3 m/min support process setup. Provide the PCB dimensions and ink requirements for configuration review.
