The ZKM0-6 is a hot-air circulation oven for material aging, silver-paste curing and ink drying in electronic, touch-panel and LCD production.
The documented chamber measures 1200 × 600 × 1000 mm (width × depth × height), with a temperature setting range from ambient to 200 °C. Horizontal airflow circulates heated air through the double-door chamber.
The inner chamber and air ducts use SUS430 stainless steel. PID temperature control with SSR output and an electronic timer support operation. Provide the load, tray arrangement and temperature profile to confirm the oven configuration.
