The ZKBCO-1100-3-6 dries printed inks on composite panels and PET surfaces using three conveyor levels.
The documented conveyor width is 1100 mm, with speed adjustable from 0.5 to 5 m/min. Loading platforms transfer manually placed workpieces to the selected level. The 10-metre heating section is divided into six sections.
Horizontal hot-air circulation, air filtration and adjustable inlet and exhaust dampers support the heating process. The maximum furnace temperature setting is 120 °C. PLC and operator-interface controls support operation. Provide the printed material, drying profile and upstream layout to confirm the configuration.
