The ZKCO-RTR-10-6 preheats PET material using black ceramic long-wave infrared heating. Material travels through the heated section and then cools before collection; the furnace can also connect to unwinding and rewinding equipment.
The documented heating section is 12 metres long and divided into six 2-metre temperature zones. The maximum furnace temperature setting is 200 °C, with 180 °C listed as a common operating temperature.
The furnace body measures 13500 × 1680 × 1700 mm (length × width × height). The documented total line length including roll-handling equipment is 16900 mm. Provide the PET construction, required temperature profile and handling method to confirm the layout.
