The ZKUV-3KW is a microcomputer-controlled screen exposure machine for photosensitive screen-printing screens. The archived configuration has one 3 kW exposure lamp and a maximum exposure size of 1000 × 1200 mm.
The operator sets vacuum time and exposure time through the control panel. A vane vacuum pump and rubber blanket support contact during exposure. Manual and automatic operating modes allow the exposure sequence to be set for the screen.
Provide the screen-frame dimensions, photosensitive emulsion and required image detail to select the operating conditions. Confirm the exposure time for the actual screen and emulsion.
