The ZKFM-600-2 applies film to both sides of glass products and cuts the film to separate the pieces. The documented applications include cover glass and OGS products, including shaped parts.
The configuration uses upper protective film and lower high-adhesion film, with 600 mm film rolls. Material thickness is 0.7–3 mm and laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 4 m/min.
Automatic alignment positions the glass before lamination. A DC-motor-driven blade traverses the protective film, and UPE rollers convey the pieces through the inlet and outlet. Provide a product drawing and film construction to confirm size limits and the required layout.
