The ZKUV-202 is a UV drying machine for round containers. Fixtures on a stainless-steel chain conveyor carry the containers through the UV section. The fixtures rotate through 360 degrees in that section, with a UV lamp installed on each side.
The fixture arrangement is intended for containers with a 40–55 mm internal diameter, an external diameter below 120 mm and a height below 100 mm. Container shape and coating requirements determine the final fixture and operating settings.
The controls include lamp current indication, operating-hour recording, speed indication and high/low lamp output selection. Send a container drawing, coating specification and output requirement to review the suitable configuration.
