The ZKUV-901MD is a two-sided UV curing machine for simultaneous treatment of the upper and lower surfaces of printed PCBs.
Two 9 kW lamps serve a documented effective width of 750 mm. The machine has 50 mm inlet and outlet openings, a 500 mm loading section, a 1000 mm UV section and a 500 mm unloading section.
Upper and lower reflector assemblies support two-sided treatment. Shaft-driven transport and forced-air extraction are specified for this configuration. Share the PCB dimensions and ink system when requesting process and configuration confirmation.
