The ZK-R2R-BG-1300 handles flexible web material through single-axis unwinding, bottom-up single-sided parallel scanning exposure and single-axis rewinding. The reviewed project is configured for material up to 1300 mm wide.

The ZK-R2R-BG-1300 combines independent unwind and rewind modules with a 2300 × 1300 mm exposure area. Web material is positioned on the vacuum table for bottom-up single-sided parallel scanning exposure.
