Product Introduction
The ZKFL-1100 applies protective film to one side of sheet glass and cuts the film after lamination. It uses a cold-lamination process, with manual loading and unloading and powered roller transfer through the laminating and cutting sections.
UPE transport rollers support the glass. Alignment mechanisms position incoming sheets, and pneumatic cylinders lift the upper laminating roller for film threading. After the sheet passes the cutting position, photoelectric detection triggers the servo-driven blade.
The film shaft and release-liner winding shaft have adjustable tension. Lamination pressure is adjusted pneumatically and displayed on a pressure gauge; a micrometer adjusts the roller gap. Provide your glass dimensions, film specification and edge requirements for selection.
