Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, Zhengkai receives the contact, company, country, product and process information you provide. The information is transmitted to our server and saved as an inquiry record so our team can review and respond.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to answer equipment questions, prepare technical recommendations and communicate about the requested project. We do not use the form to create customer accounts or process payments.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for business communication, technical follow-up and record-keeping. To request correction or deletion, contact Zhengkai through the approved business contact channel and include the inquiry reference number.
Files and third parties
File uploads are not enabled in this version. Drawings and specifications can be sent by email after submitting an inquiry. If a transactional email service is enabled, limited inquiry information is processed by that service to deliver notifications.
