Product Introduction
The ZKLCO-10-14 is an infrared tunnel furnace for drying printed ink on glass. A mesh conveyor transports the glass through an 8.5 m heating section divided into four zones, followed by discharge.
The heating system combines infrared radiation with recirculated air and filtered airflow. The conveyor has automatic belt tracking and variable-speed control. An electrically lifted upper cover provides access for cleaning and maintenance.
The documented process uses glass-surface temperatures of 150–180 °C. Provide the ink cure requirements, glass dimensions, tray layout and required dwell time so the conveyor speed and temperature settings can be reviewed.
Features and Operation
